During my time as the Video Lab Department Head at Windsor Mountain Summer Camp, I was responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and daily upload of hundreds of photos and videos to keep parents engaged and informed. I led a small team of four photographers, managing workflow and maintaining quality control, while also producing original social media content for the camp itself.

This experience shaped my current creative approach, and several pieces of spec work featured here reflect the style and storytelling techniques I developed during that time.
